Requirements
- Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products within a regulated environment.
- Understand AML directives and the EU AI Act and apply them to compliant product decisions.
- Be aware of how KYC regulations vary across jurisdictions.
- Have strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development, including use of funnel metrics.
- Have openness to and practical experience using AI-based tools in daily Product Manager work.
- Be familiar with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile/web application design.
- Have experience defining business requirements and creating Product Requirements Documentation (PRD).
- Have experience driving execution alongside engineering and design.
- Have experience collaborating closely with cross-functional, agile teams.
- Have a high level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
- Have English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Conversion Check team and own post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys end to end.
- Automate verification steps and use AI to make the process faster while keeping it compliant.
- Define the product vision and select KPIs aligned with the product area and company goals.
- Validate product decisions through client research and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Translate product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate product launches with legal, risk, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
- Use funnel metrics to identify drop-offs, find manual verification steps suitable for automation, and prioritize optimizations.
