Job Details

Experience: 8–10 years in marketing and advertising, including 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce marketing.

Have 8–10 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
Have at least 5 years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience.
Have proven ownership of more than $1M in annual Meta Ads spend.
Have hands-on Google Ads experience and experience managing more than $100K in monthly paid spend across acquisition channels.
Bring full-funnel ecommerce expertise across acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.
Have hands-on Klaviyo experience, including email and SMS campaigns, automation flows, segmentation, and analytics.
Have experience with an attribution platform such as Triple Whale or Northbeam, or a similar tool.
Have experience with Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform, including reconciling marketing performance with actual online and in-store sales.
Have strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder presentation skills.
Be comfortable using Canva to create or direct marketing assets.
Be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel Meta and Google campaigns.
Own more than $100K in monthly ad spend across targeting, bidding, creative testing, prospecting, and retargeting.
Use Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools to improve tracking accuracy and measure online and in-store sales.
Run Klaviyo lifecycle marketing, including campaign calendars, segmentation, and automated email and SMS flows.
Write creative briefs and mock up assets in Canva.
Monitor competitors and coordinate paid media with email and SMS marketing.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership with insights, revenue impact, and recommendations.
