Requirements
- More than 5 years of proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
- Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and travel disruptions.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Amadeus GDS platform.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including relevant policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across global, multi-regional operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while remaining responsive and organized.
- Initiative, adaptability, and willingness to share knowledge and coach colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer requests through phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Serve as a primary contact for business customers, providing travel consultation and relevant information.
- Coordinate crew movements, rotations, and travel arrangements, and resolve disruptions.
- Use GDS platforms and other travel tools to process requests and deliver travel solutions.
- Anticipate customer needs and potential travel issues, and provide appropriate assistance.
- Recommend operational process and customer-relationship improvements.
- Support quality management, error management, and operational projects.
- Guide team members on policies and procedures, and coach travel consultants when the team lead is unavailable.
