Job Details

Have fluent written and spoken English and communicate confidently with international customers.
Communicate effectively with customers by email and phone.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer relationship-management abilities.
Handle customer objections and resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Engage customers and communicate the benefits of additional products and services.
Show empathy, patience, and emotional resilience in challenging customer situations.
Be willing to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
Have good organizational and time-management skills and meet deadlines.
Be proactive, adaptable, and motivated to achieve individual KPIs.
Previous iGaming industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work a fixed Monday-to-Friday evening schedule from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time, with 7 working hours and a 1-hour break.

Deliver personalized customer support to users in the Bronze VIP segment.
Handle requests and assignments from the Retention team.
Promote platform activities and campaigns, including tournaments, lotteries, and quests.
Interview Bronze VIP customers to collect feedback and understand their preferences.
Resolve customer issues and address objections professionally.
Identify opportunities to encourage Bronze VIP users to progress to higher VIP tiers.
Assist customers with verification procedures when necessary.
Work toward established KPIs and individual performance objectives.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, tools, and new features.
Collaborate with internal teams on customer interactions and retention initiatives.
