Requirements
- Have experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
- Have excellent spoken and written German at a minimum C1 level.
- Have fluent English skills.
- Bring organizational and communication skills.
- Bring a team-oriented and flexible approach.
- Be interested in insurance topics or willing to learn about the field.
- Have knowledge of MS Office applications; this is preferred.
- Dental knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with questions.
- Use product expertise to help existing customers with questions about their dental insurance plans.
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of the digital knowledge base.
- Contribute to improving processes and the customer journey in Customer Success.
