Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with deep exposure to Generative AI and LLMs.
- Have experience in memory management, context setting, and RAG.
- Have 1–2 years of backend software development experience; this is a must for the role.
- A background in CSE is preferred.
- Graduation from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement memory for AI agents and ensure proper context management.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to integrate LLMs with real-time data and context.
- Apply prompt engineering, transfer learning, and custom model training techniques.
- Optimize model performance and cost across production environments.
- Work with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Deploy scalable models using AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
