Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of B2C sales experience within financial services, ideally credit-related.
- Be familiar with the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, loans, and credit repair.
- Provide a device compatible with TCP’s tech requirements.
- Work full-time Monday to Friday, either 10am-7pm ET or 11am-8pm ET; the schedule includes one unpaid hour break and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Responsibilities
- Close credit repair solutions for pre-qualified leads in the credit sector without making cold calls.
- Use TCP’s technology suite, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, for daily tasks.
- Exceed KPIs and quotas with a client-first approach.
- Follow detailed scripts and handle client concerns with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
