Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Have 2+ years of experience in an IT-focused consulting, project management, or business analysis role; internships may count.
- Have education or training providing foundational IT knowledge and hands-on experience with interconnected applications.
- Have experience facilitating outcomes with numerous stakeholders while working independently.
- Have experience using Excel for analysis and presenting information.
- Have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be tech-savvy and interested in using technology to improve processes and visualize data.
- Demonstrate analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Be able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and due dates in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to apply agile methodology, manage scrums, use Kanban boards, and run kaizen workshops.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in delivering outcomes for clients.
- Use Excel to analyze and present information.
- Manage the collection, input, and accuracy of data in databases.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives and meet completion deadlines.
- Track project costs when needed.
- Evaluate business processes and develop and implement solutions.
- Gather information from stakeholder meetings and produce reports.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
