Requirements
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in agency recruiting, full-cycle in-house recruiting, or a hybrid People Ops/Talent role in the US market.
- Have a track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Engage candidates and partner with hiring managers to support high-quality hiring decisions.
- Have hands-on experience with onboarding logistics.
- Have experience managing an HRIS.
- Know US employment basics.
- Have experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Have experience with HRIS platforms.
- Be familiar with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Day 0 to Day 90 onboarding journey for all US hires.
- Maintain data integrity in the HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll touchpoints and support US-wide compliance and documentation across all 50 states.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 2–4 concurrent roles.
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and decisions.
- Coach hiring managers on structured, bias-aware interviewing.
- Lead hiring debriefs and use market data to influence hiring strategy.
