Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of total experience.
- Have a strong track record as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale enterprise software systems.
- Have demonstrated experience building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies.
- Have experience with RAG systems and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including influencing decisions across teams and leadership levels.
- Communicate program updates and delivery progress clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is preferred.
- Supply Chain or Procurement domain experience is preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale programs with globally distributed teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale, complex AI programs from inception to production deployment.
- Manage cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Partner with architects and tech leads to design production-grade architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
- Coordinate collaboration across multiple workstreams, team leads, and stakeholders.
- Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Communicate delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions to client stakeholders.
