Requirements
- Be fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Be based in Africa or Europe, with no more than a 2-hour time difference from CET.
- Be available to work 30 hours per week on CET hours, split between morning and afternoon.
- Be available to start by early December.
- Be confident and clear when communicating by phone.
- Be proactive and hands-on, solving problems without waiting for instructions.
- Be organized, able to multitask, and attentive to detail.
- Spanish language skills are a nice to have.
- Prior customer support or sales experience is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate car transports end to end, aligning compounds and drivers on pickups and deliveries.
- Track active transports and respond quickly to delays or other issues.
- Call customers in French and English and keep them updated throughout their transport.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and partners to support smooth handovers and information flow.
- Keep order and transport details accurate and up to date.
- Provide ad hoc support to the operations team as priorities shift.
