Requirements
- Have experience engaging with customers or patients in a sales capacity.
- Have experience working in a quota-driven environment.
- Have experience with outbound calling.
- Be able to navigate different types of situations with high EQ and IQ.
- Have experience leveraging technology in a professional setting.
- Prior healthcare experience is nice to have but not required.
- Be able to work the stated Monday–Friday schedule: 10am–6pm ET or 11am–7pm ET.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential patients and family members about the program, answer questions, handle objections, and enroll patients.
- Help patients navigate the program app or website and address technical issues.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential patients and respond promptly to inbound calls.
- Assess patient eligibility using provided documentation and address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Record and maintain accurate patient information and call notes, including insurance, provider, and clinical updates.
- Meet weekly productivity targets.
- Follow up promptly with patients interested in the program and provide customer service.
- Send educational materials to interested patients through email and other communication channels.
- Communicate insurance or other information to relevant parties.
