A valid driving license and warehouse work experience are a plus.
Experience with RTS, 2D/3D simulators, and racing games is an additional asset.

Use remote control tools to monitor and assist robot navigation at designated sites operating 24/7.
Identify and address issues proactively to maintain continuous support and avoid production disruptions.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure coverage at each site.
Document robot operations and report daily status during the Daily Shift call.
Create tickets for issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support or management as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline customer and robot operations and make recommendations.
Assist internal teams with project-related requests.
Help train new agents through shadowing and guidance.
Prioritize tasks by urgency and importance and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
