Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
- Bring strong production experience with Apache Kafka and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or RocketMQ.
- Have a deep understanding of event-driven, modular monolith, and microservices architectures.
- Have experience running stateful workloads on Kubernetes.
- Have hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Have experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Have strong Linux administration skills, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Have experience with cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure.
- Have English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and maintain Kafka clusters and messaging infrastructure.
- Manage and improve DevOps infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Identify infrastructure weaknesses and bottlenecks, then implement improvements.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure and messaging services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with development teams on Kafka topic design, schema management, and connectors.
- Design and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions for streaming infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate incidents, and improve system stability.
