Job Details

Have at least 5 years of solid, hands-on HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
Hold a relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Have practical experience with HRIS platforms, including employee data management, reporting and system administration.
Understand HR compliance, employee relations, employment documentation, policies and procedures.
Have experience preparing, interpreting and presenting HR reports.
Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to turn HR data trends into actionable recommendations.
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence with HR reporting tools.
Have experience supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Be able to work independently, prioritise competing demands and take ownership of responsibilities.

Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide practical guidance to employees and management.
Support employee relations processes and handle workplace concerns and sensitive matters.
Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
Monitor HR compliance and support the development, review and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Manage HRIS employee data and generate, analyse and present HR reports.
Identify trends in HR data and recommend practical improvements to HR processes and reporting.
Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives and work with management to improve the employee experience.
Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements to HR systems, processes and reporting frameworks.
