Requirements
- Develop and execute integrated brand-level marketing campaigns.
- Translate business, brand, and go-to-market priorities into campaign strategies and activation plans.
- Create audience and persona strategies, audience journeys, and targeting strategies.
- Plan and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns and digital channels.
- Manage paid media agencies, including campaign briefs, budgets, performance expectations, and reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders through campaign planning and execution.
- Analyze campaign performance across awareness, engagement, demand, and business-impact metrics.
- Evaluate partner performance and ROI and use results to inform investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated brand-level marketing campaigns.
- Translate brand, business, and go-to-market priorities into campaign strategies, audience journeys, and activation plans.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, personas, messaging priorities, channel strategies, KPIs, and measurement plans.
- Lead cross-functional campaign teams across Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Digital, Web, Social, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop and test campaign assets, messaging, offers, and formats.
- Set agency priorities, briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Build integrated campaign plans and manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate results into insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
