Experience: 8–10 years of engineering experience; at least 4 years implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products; at least 4 years architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.

Have 8–10 years of engineering experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
Bring deep expertise across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Have at least 4 years of experience architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.
Hold Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications.
Have hands-on development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.
Have experience with APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions.
Have experience in solution architecture, system design, pre-sales, project estimation, and executive stakeholder management.
Have experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe, leading global delivery programs, and collaborating across distributed teams.
Bring hands-on AI engineering experience using Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or equivalent tools.
Have experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation.
Bring commercial acumen, problem-solving and leadership skills, and experience mentoring engineers.

Design and implement enterprise digital marketing solutions using multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Audit existing digital ecosystems and recommend improvements across personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation.
Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and multi-year digital roadmaps.
Lead solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines, and pre-sales technical engagements.
Develop proofs of concept, integrations, and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and build AI agents, workflows, and automation.
Drive engineering excellence, testing strategies, performance standards, and AI-native development practices.
Collaborate with clients, executive stakeholders, sales, and global engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical thought leadership, best practices, and continuous innovation.
