Bring 12+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI, including significant client-facing experience.
Have 4+ years leading technical teams and a track record of mentoring and developing engineers.
Demonstrate deep hands-on Snowflake experience, including architecture, performance tuning, and cost management.
Have expert SQL skills and working proficiency in Python.
Have strong experience with dbt and modern data stack tools such as Fivetran, Matillion, or Airflow.
Have experience with legacy data warehouse platforms including Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, and SQL Server, and migration projects.
Have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or Looker.
Have experience scoping projects, estimating effort, and writing Statements of Work.
Have experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or GenAI use cases.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Preferred: Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect or Data Engineer certification; Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, or Streamlit experience; cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Design end-to-end Snowflake data and analytics architectures, including ingestion, transformation, semantic layers, BI, and AI use cases.
Lead legacy platform migrations to Snowflake, including assessment, strategy, and cutover planning.
Architect and oversee AI and GenAI solutions using Snowflake Cortex and related tooling.
Set technical standards for data modeling, dbt development, performance, cost optimization, security, and governance.
Lead, mentor, and develop Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and Consultants.
Oversee concurrent client engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
Translate business goals into analytics roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Advise client technical leads and executives and present findings, recommendations, and solution designs.
Support sales pursuits with discovery, solution design, assessments, estimation, pricing, proposals, and Statements of Work.
Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
