Comfort working directly with SQL or ability to independently learn technical tools for data analysis.
Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, decisions, and executable product work.
Strong product intuition and exceptional attention to detail.
Track record of shipping products with measurable user or business impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify underlying user problems, challenge assumptions, and change direction when evidence warrants.
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward without significant process or oversight.
Regular use of AI and emerging tools to improve the quality and speed of work.
Availability for meetings Monday to Thursday between 8am and 12pm Eastern.
Preferred: experience with consumer mobile products, AI or machine learning, experimentation, growth, personalization, recommendation systems, educational products, complex datasets, or AI development tools; professional Arabic proficiency.

Own major product areas from problem discovery through launch, measurement, iteration, and long-term improvement.
Identify opportunities using user research, product intuition, quantitative analysis, and knowledge of Tarteel's technology.
Turn ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and high-quality user experiences with engineers and designers.
Use knowledge of mobile architecture, APIs, data infrastructure, and AI capabilities to inform product decisions.
Query and analyze product data to investigate user behavior, validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and discover opportunities.
Define success metrics and evaluate whether shipped products improve user outcomes.
Prototype product ideas using AI-assisted development tools and other technologies.
Write product specifications covering the problem, intended outcome, constraints, edge cases, and product decisions.
Work with engineers to resolve tradeoffs, answer product questions, and maintain a high quality bar.
Talk directly to users, evaluate experiments, and help shape broader product strategy.
