Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Have six or more years of security engineering experience, including significant work on AI or ML systems.
- Understand LLM internals, modern AI architectures, and common failure modes.
- Have hands-on experience designing security controls for AI-powered applications.
- Have deep knowledge of application security, identity, and cryptography fundamentals.
- Have experience with threat modeling and security architecture review processes.
- Be familiar with adversarial ML, prompt injection, and model abuse research.
- Be proficient in Python and at least one systems language.
- Have a strong understanding of cloud security and modern infrastructure controls.
- Preferred: Have publications, talks, or CTF participation in AI security topics.
- Preferred: Have experience red-teaming LLM-based products or familiarity with differential privacy.
- Preferred: Have exposure to regulated industries or open-source contributions to AI security tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design security controls tailored to AI-powered applications and AI infrastructure.
- Develop threat models for AI and machine learning systems.
- Implement incident response capabilities for AI systems.
- Address security risks involving LLMs, model APIs, and training data pipelines.
- Defend against prompt injection, model abuse, data exfiltration, and supply chain risks.
