Requirements
- Have 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or platform engineering; internships, prototypes, and personal projects do not count toward this requirement.
- Have strong development experience in Python or Java.
- Have hands-on experience building production-grade Generative AI systems.
- Have experience with AI Agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Have experience building Knowledge Graph platforms.
- Have expertise in graph databases, metadata ontology, and graph-based RAG architectures.
- Have strong experience with DevOps culture and practices.
- Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Have experience deploying and operating cloud systems, including AWS S3, Lambda, AWS Batch, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes-based services.
- Have an understanding of system integration and API design with CRM-related toolsets.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain platform infrastructure for Generative AI applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python or Java.
- Build and operate production-grade AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and Knowledge Graph-based systems.
- Own the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle from development through deployment and monitoring.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage applications using cloud-native services and containerized, cloud-agnostic environments.
- Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI infrastructure.
