Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in technical support.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud environments.
- Have advanced Linux administration skills.
- Have intermediate networking and Kubernetes knowledge.
- Have intermediate experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have intermediate Python and Bash scripting skills.
- Have intermediate knowledge of ML training, inference, and pipelines.
- Have intermediate knowledge of data storage concepts.
- Bring advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Be available for rotational shifts or on-call support as required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving Linux, networking, security, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Analyze and resolve storage-related issues using data storage concepts.
- Troubleshoot model deployment, performance, and integration challenges in ML pipelines.
- Develop Python and Bash automation scripts to streamline processes and optimize workflows.
- Provide timely updates and clear explanations to customers about issue status and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved problems promptly to minimize service disruption.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation for troubleshooting and issue prevention.
