Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Bring experience preferably in fintech, banking, or digital onboarding.
- Have experience taking a new product from concept to launch and driving adoption and measurable business results afterward.
- Understand account-opening and onboarding flows, conversion funnel optimization, and metrics such as completion rate, funding rate, time to open, and deposit growth.
- Bring client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
- Have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience balancing competing priorities across teams.
- Familiarity with business account opening, including KYB and beneficial ownership, or youth and minor account requirements is a plus.
- Familiarity with core banking integrations, loan origination systems, and decisioning engines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the launch of Business OAO, from requirements and client pilots through go-live and early adoption.
- Drive adoption and ROI for Consumer OAO and In-Branch OAO by working with clients on funnel performance, conversion rates, and deposit growth.
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Youth Account Opening, including compliance and user experience considerations for minors.
- Guide clients on filling the top of the funnel for account acquisition and use client and funnel data to prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize roadmap work while balancing maintenance and enhancement requests across OAO and OLA.
- Partner with implementation to support client onboarding, launches, and product training.
- Manage integrations with core systems, identity verification and decisioning providers, and loan origination systems.
- Mentor and coach the product owner on documentation, agile ceremonies, and Jira task management.
