Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Have 1–2 years of marketing experience; internships, coursework, and personal projects count.
- Write clear, accurate copy for social media, email, and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets to track and report campaign results.
- Be able to learn new tools and processes quickly, including AI tools.
- Identify next steps, ask for help when needed, and support the team where needed.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Workspace, or social media scheduling and monitoring tools is a plus.
- Experience with a CRM or sales engagement platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach is a plus.
- Examples of using AI tools for writing, research, or analysis are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work across consumer growth, email campaigns, events, webinars, and sales enablement programs.
- Create campaign materials, collateral, and social media content.
- Build and update automated outbound sequences with the Sales team.
- Maintain contact lists and report on outbound campaign results.
- Track campaign performance and help prepare regular reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, trade shows, and internal company events.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn their needs into marketing support.
- Coordinate with outside vendors on deliverables when needed.
- Use AI tools to support content creation and analysis, and contribute ideas to team brainstorms.
