Job Details

Have built one-to-many partner marketing programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, with adoption numbers to show.
Have packaged marketing into kits, templates, or playbooks that non-marketers can run.
Understand how small consultancies work and account for their limited time, budget, and marketing know-how.
Measure program execution and pipeline, and be comfortable stopping programs that are not working.
Be comfortable acting as a first hire with limited design and development support, shipping pilots quickly, and improving them with real data.
Have run programs across several regions and segments and know how to localise them without rebuilding from scratch.
Professional experience in a language beyond English.

Define the agency partner marketing strategy, including playbooks, investments, and markets.
Build ready-to-run programs, including local event kits, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, customer stories, and demand-generation playbooks.
Create clear steps, editable templates, and localisable assets that agencies can execute independently.
Drive awareness and adoption of marketing programs through scaled communications.
Track the funnel from program access and downloads through execution, customer opportunities, and revenue.
Use partner feedback and performance data to decide which programs to scale, change, or stop.
Turn successful programs into repeatable models.
Automate program operations with n8n where it saves time.
Measure business impact and growth from agency partner-generated business.
