Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years as a Grants Management Director or otherwise demonstrated experience developing and implementing grants management strategies. A minimum of 3-5 years’ direct supervisory/management experience.

Bring 5-10 years as a Grants Management Director or equivalent demonstrated experience developing and implementing grants management strategies.
Have a strong understanding of grantmaking best practices and experience implementing grants management processes, procedures, and policies within a foundation or other grantmaking organization.
Have experience leading grants management systems optimizations and implementations.
Bring 3-5 years of direct supervisory or management experience.
Have experience providing oversight for grantmaking compliance.
Bring proven project management and change management skills.
Have strong technical skills in administration, system configuration, and maintenance of GMS and/or CRM systems.
Have general computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft suite, and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
Demonstrate commitment to data management and data governance practices.
Be able to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms and assess system and process requests with colleagues at all organizational levels.
Experience overseeing complex portfolios at multi-entity organizations is strongly preferred.
Salesforce experience is highly preferred; familiarity with Power BI and grantee portal or other major system implementations is a plus.

Oversee grantmaking systems, processes, policies, procedures, and continuous improvements across RLF entities and projects.
Serve as the subject matter expert and resource for grant and contract administration.
Lead and develop a grants management team of nearly 20 staff members.
Collaborate with counsel on legal compliance and with Finance on fiscal and audit compliance.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Salesforce systems used in outgoing funds processing.
Coordinate system configuration, upgrades, third-party tools, training, and consultant work.
Coordinate with program and project staff on application content and requirements.
Assess reporting and dashboard needs and support access to decision-useful data.
Provide data-driven findings to inform decisions and external storytelling.
