Requirements
- Bring at least 8 years of release and/or project management experience.
- Have 8 years of experience in an information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and analytical skills.
- Have advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Have advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Have expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Have general PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or have equivalent work experience.
- Formal training in project management practices is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, plan, and control software development and delivery.
- Lead teams and coordinate cross-functional projects across departments.
- Plan and coordinate migration project releases across teams.
- Produce schedules, domain deployment plans, and implementation plans.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between teams in a virtual, distributed environment.
- Prepare weekly release reports and leadership communications.
- Communicate release details and schedules to the business.
- Conduct release readiness, milestone, and business go/no-go reviews.
