Requirements
- Have governed the route to live on a large ERP programme in a regulated environment.
- Have chaired approval forums and set entry and exit criteria.
- Be able to hold release gates and reject changes when required.
- Have experience governing payroll, including fixed payroll cut-offs and parallel-run reconciliation.
- Bring Oracle Cloud HCM experience; familiarity with its quarterly update cycle is advantageous.
- ERP experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is also considered relevant.
- Have experience in financial services or another regulated sector.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end route to live for the Oracle Cloud HCM optimisation programme.
- Set the environment approach across development, SIT, UAT, and production.
- Map Oracle HCM environments to connected applications and interfaces.
- Control what enters managed environments across project, business-as-usual, regulatory, and vendor change.
- Lead integrated release planning and implementation planning.
- Govern cutover, rollback and contingency planning, and post-implementation validation.
- Govern retrofits so configuration, code, and integrations remain aligned across environments and releases.
- Align Oracle quarterly updates with programme releases, payroll cut-offs, and testing cycles.
- Work with project managers, product owners, architects, test managers, service management, suppliers, and change approval forums.
