Responsibilities
- Lead market immersion to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities aligned with long-term business strategy and customer success.
- Make strategic product-direction decisions and own their outcomes.
- Assess and refine product strategy as market conditions and company objectives change.
- Turn complex data into insights that inform product development and strategy.
- Oversee product discovery, user research, and release planning.
- Partner with the product development group to deliver features and improvements on time.
- Develop hypothesis-driven work using data collection, analysis, and conclusions.
- Mentor and guide the Product Team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Lead cross-functional communication across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
