Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of production experience in Python.
- Have prior experience shipping a complex system with significant customer impact.
- Be familiar with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Additional backend languages are a plus.
- Be able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Work authorization: current authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
Responsibilities
- Work with subject matter experts to craft effective evaluations of AI product features.
- Design, build, and operate customer-facing features integrated into core product workflows.
- Build and maintain internal services that provide stable, reusable interfaces for other engineers.
- Bring AI workflows to production with observability, fallback strategies, and consideration for cost.
- Partner with product stakeholders to define when AI is appropriate versus exploring alternate solutions.
