Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, education, or onboarding role.
- Bring strong communication and presentation skills and explain software concepts clearly to users of varied technical backgrounds.
- Be comfortable facilitating one-on-one onboarding sessions and larger group webinars.
- Be self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sessions, projects, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance customer education, content development, and workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a passion for helping customers succeed.
- CRM software or financial services technology familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead education-driven onboarding for new Wealthbox customers, including kickoff calls and platform walkthroughs.
- Consult with clients on best practices and translate their workflows into more efficient processes within Wealthbox.
- Configure and customize the platform, including building templates, workflows, and custom fields tailored to customer needs.
- Design and deliver live and recorded education sessions for different customer needs, roles, and experience levels.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering customer-facing webinars, including content development and live facilitation.
- Develop and maintain guides, how-to documentation, and video walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to keep educational content accurate, current, and aligned with product updates.
- Track customer engagement and learning outcomes to improve the education program.
