Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, make product investment decisions, and drive measurable adoption and revenue growth.
  • Strong product management experience owning technically complex cloud, infrastructure, platform, compute, or developer infrastructure products from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure systems, including the ability to discuss customer architectures and trade-offs across APIs, containers, distributed systems, networking, and storage.
  • Experience working directly with technical customers and translating their architectures and workloads into scalable product decisions.
  • Experience building for developers and understanding the journey from a first API call or deployment to dependable production usage.
  • Strong product judgement to prioritize customer needs, engineering constraints, platform investment, and revenue potential.
  • Strong ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Hands-on approach to testing products, inspecting data, demonstrating products to prospects, and using prototypes and AI tools.
  • Experience with GPU compute or AI infrastructure, such as inference, fine-tuning, training, or batch workloads, is a differentiator.
  • Experience with serverless, cloud compute, Kubernetes, or container-based infrastructure products is a differentiator.
  • Experience with usage-based billing, metering, reserved capacity, or infrastructure pricing, and enterprise requirements such as security, reliability, governance, or capacity, is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, long-term direction, and roadmap for serverless GPU workloads, dedicated capacity, and related compute products.
  • Work with developers, ML teams, and infrastructure buyers to identify deployment, scaling, reliability, and cost barriers.
  • Decide how Serverless balances cold starts, performance, and cost with capacity, availability, workload isolation, and governance.
  • Turn recurring customer needs into requirements and prototypes, test product flows, and resolve decisions as technical constraints emerge.
  • Shape APIs, SDKs, CLI workflows, documentation, and the platform so developers can deploy, debug, and operate workloads in production.
  • Partner with GTM and company leadership on positioning, pricing, packaging, and market opportunities.
  • Track activation, deployments, production usage, reliability, expansion, and revenue to improve the product and roadmap.
