- Have 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development.
- Have 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Bring technical expertise to solve complex team problems while guiding the team to solve them.
- Work independently and make decisions and solve problems autonomously.
- Collaborate effectively with teams in a fully remote environment.
- Discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Create a catalogs system that can scale to support billions of products.
- Work with product managers and designers to craft user experiences.
- Collaborate with teams including Ad Formats and Ad Delivery to deliver product ads end to end.
- Establish and manage team SLAs.
- Mentor the team and advocate for it cross-functionally.
- Contribute to team strategy and planning.
