Requirements
- Have 2-4+ years of sales and account management experience.
- Have experience working with retailer partners.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major.
- Demonstrate strong computer and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bring planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate relationship-building skills.
- Show attention to detail and time management skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to troubleshoot independently.
- Bring a passion for beauty.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain items, content, and images within retailer portals.
- Own digital implementation and maintenance for retailer.com.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.
- Analyze sales reporting, assortment performance, new items, and secondary display performance.
- Support Account Managers with display assortment and velocity, visual merchandising briefs, and project management.
- Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events.
- Provide administrative and customer support, including sending samples and handling fixture requests.
- Respond to customer information requests in a timely manner and manage related projects.
- Collaborate with sales team members and cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
