Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or business analyst in IT projects.
- Know the full product lifecycle and its stages.
- Use ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack in daily work.
- Work comfortably in Figma to comment on designs, compare iterations, and collect feedback.
- Understand the basics of web stack technologies including React, TypeScript, Node, Python, and PostgreSQL; programming is not required.
- Use English at minimum C1 level to lead meetings, negotiate scope, and write documentation.
- Organize work independently and manage priorities in a changing project environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and teams and take responsibility for the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and gather requirements with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritize work, define releases, negotiate timelines, and manage client expectations.
- Prepare tasks for development by defining acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-obvious mechanics.
- Create User Flows, User Journeys, Use Cases, and interface documentation.
- Review and product-accept delivered features before handing them to the client or releasing them to production.
- Identify and raise product and scope risks before they become problems.
- Use AI tools in daily work for drafting requirements and acceptance criteria, prototyping, and analyzing documentation.
