Requirements
- Have 5 years of commercial experience managing IT products in a similar position.
- Know ITIL/ITSM and Incident/Request/Problem Management.
- Have experience with System Risk Assessment frameworks.
- Be familiar with service management and Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
- Have hands-on fluency in formal Change Management.
- Understand Corporate Identity Management concepts.
- Have experience with ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and technical teams.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate change management activities in line with ITIL/ITSM processes, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
