Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Be familiar with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excel knowledge and a typing test are included in the interview process.
- Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Manage project tools and documentation, including Asana, Google Drive, status documents, and trackers.
- Keep communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams.
- Schedule team meetings and provide clear agendas and goals.
- Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
- Facilitate communication among Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and other departments.
- Identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions.
- Oversee project planning as projects grow in size.
- Manage designer and editor schedules and workflows.
- Observe occasional new-business pitches.
- Eventually manage a small client while assisting a senior project manager on a larger client.
