Bring 7+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, strategy, or a CEO's / Founder's office role.
Currently or recently hold one of these roles at a high-growth startup or a well-regarded company.
Be based in India; the role is fully remote.
Build clean, auditable, driver-based financial and data models from scratch.
Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Have experience with BI tools.
Have a strong grasp of financial statements and unit economics.
Turn complex analysis into crisp, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
Hold a bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA from a top business school is preferred; CFA, CA, or CPA is a plus.
Experience in mobility, marketplaces, leasing, or asset-heavy businesses is a nice to have.
Exposure to structured or asset-backed financing and GCC multi-market experience (UAE / KSA) are nice to have.

Build and maintain annual budget, rolling forecast, unit economics, fleet ownership and financing models, and scenario analyses.
Run monthly variance analysis by market, explain drivers, and flag risks and opportunities.
Own weekly management updates, monthly performance packs, and quarterly board materials.
Support debt and equity processes with investor-ready models, data packs, and diligence responses.
Pull and reconcile data from the data warehouse and ensure reported numbers tie across sources.
Partner with Ops, Supply, Growth, and Product on pricing, fleet utilisation, CAC/LTV, and investment cases.
Automate and improve reporting workflows and build scalable templates.
