Have 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management.
Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Know industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content management and marketing.
Bring strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with writers, designers, sales professionals, and other colleagues.
Be proficient in written and spoken English.
Use available tools pragmatically, including writing effective prompts for ChatGPT when appropriate.
Have strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
Adapt to varied tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience with HubSpot and Figma is preferred.

Research, plan, create, manage, and evaluate content strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage SEO-optimized website, blog, and social media content.
Compile landing pages and create calls to action.
Write and analyze mass, transactional, and drip emails.
Create gated content and sales collateral, such as ebooks and infographics.
Monitor content and adjust it to fit brand guidelines and translate business objectives into audience-specific writing.
Set project timelines, coordinate with teams, and track progress against short- and long-term goals.
Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and support collaboration across marketing, design, sales, and other departments.
Resolve project issues and make decisions to keep goals on track.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality.
