Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR support, or staffing experience.
- Strong interest in federal government contracting or technical recruiting environments.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ClearanceJobs.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill cleared and technical roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Respond to new hire questions and monitor onboarding milestones.
- Coordinate onboarding and track required documents, forms, and credentials.
- Prepare candidate submittal packages and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, proposal recruiting, and surge hiring.
- Submit candidates on time and support recruiting in line with contract requirements, labor categories, and program SLAs.
