Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience within manufacturing is required.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as assemblers, technicians, handlers, and operators is required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including passive and creative sourcing.
- Experience filling high-volume nonexempt or niche hard-to-fill exempt positions is preferred.
- Prior experience within energy manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong partnership and consultative skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet objectives.
Responsibilities
- Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and support positive candidate experiences.
- Hold regular update calls with managers to discuss search progress, challenges, and action plans.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data.
- Seek new avenues to attract candidates, including passive sourcing.
- Track client information and candidate data, identify areas for improvement, and resolve problems.
- Participate in client meetings and support client satisfaction and retention.
