Requirements
- Have 8+ years of integrated project management experience.
- Have experience with premium or luxury brands.
- Bring expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Understand creative and AI production workflows.
- Have experience in budget development, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
- Have experience in risk mitigation, quality control, documentation, and status reporting.
- Be able to build stakeholder relationships and manage cross-functional teams.
- Have proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid-to-high-complexity, multichannel initiatives using Gen AI technologies.
- Lead integrated teams of creative, strategy, and AI production professionals.
- Establish project management best practices and allocate resources to support project goals.
- Manage timelines and coordinate traditional production with AI-powered workflows.
- Oversee AI tool implementation and the quality of AI-generated assets.
- Build and maintain relationships with premium brand stakeholders and lead internal and external project communications.
- Control project budgets, scope, timelines, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans and identify and mitigate risks specific to AI production.
- Track and report AI workflow production metrics, project status, and financial information.
- Implement quality control and continuously improve project processes.
