- Experience with premium or luxury brands.
- Expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of creative and AI production workflows.
- Skills in budget development, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
- Experience in risk mitigation, quality control, documentation, and status reporting.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel initiatives using Gen AI technologies.
- Lead integrated teams of creative, strategy, and AI production professionals.
- Integrate and optimize Gen AI workflows and coordinate traditional and AI-powered production streams.
- Manage project plans, schedules, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with premium brand stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, project objectives, and updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including risks specific to AI production.
- Maintain quality control for deliverables and track AI production metrics.
- Improve project processes and oversee budget control and resource management.
