Requirements
- Be based in the EU timezone.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum framework.
- Have experience defining customer-viewpoint business requirements for software and application development.
- Have experience working with UI/UX teams.
- A degree or master's in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
- Bring excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build project plans that support effective team utilisation and impact.
- Translate Product’s rationale into a cohesive plan covering scope, ownership, approach, and timing.
- Lead cross-team collaboration and coordinate work across internal teams.
- Coordinate deliverables from external partners as needed.
- Create and manage tickets in support of the roadmap.
- Assign project-level resources and manage scheduling.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including ETA accuracy and code quality.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate, on-demand status updates.
- Run team ceremonies and meetings.
- Drive resolution of production issues.
