Job Details

Experience in business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and lifecycle management.
Practical experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules.
Knowledge of business process modeling, including AS IS and TO BE workflows using BPMN.
Experience with Camunda or similar business process automation and orchestration tools.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API documentation standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with event-driven integrations and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and investigation.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB.
Familiarity with backlog management, requirements refinement, prioritization, and agile delivery practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Experience contributing to projects involving financial products, digital onboarding, information security, fraud prevention, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear requirements and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules.
Map AS IS and TO BE processes using BPMN and Camunda, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Analyze integrations and technical specifications involving REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, event-driven architectures, and Kafka.
Review API payloads, define integration contracts, and validate technical specifications with architects and developers.
Query, validate, and analyze Oracle and MongoDB data to support requirements validation and troubleshooting.
Support solutions involving financial products, onboarding, security, fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance.
Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog and participate in refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
Maintain functional and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery, resolving ambiguity and validating business needs.
