Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience in IT business analysis.
- Have strong experience in digital marketing environments.
- Have hands-on experience with at least two of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM (SFDC), web CMS, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Have a software development background.
- Demonstrate agile skills, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Produce clear, actionable user stories, data mappings, process flows, and business rules.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Translate business vision into precise technical requirements for the North American Seeds Routes to Market digital ecosystem.
- Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, web CMS platforms, and Google Analytics 4.
- Communicate risks and recommendations to the client-side marketing technology leader.
- Create user stories, data mappings, process flows, and business rules.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
