Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in an equivalent strategic role in digital products.
- Demonstrate the ability to act autonomously as a Product Owner, including backlog ownership.
- Have experience with sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, including use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mapping.
- Understand system architecture and API integrations sufficiently to lead feasibility conversations with engineering leads.
- Validate deliveries against requirements and identify gaps before they reach QA.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level analysts is a plus.
- Experience with large global enterprise accounts and multi-team coordination is a plus.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps with Product Management leadership is a plus.
- A data-driven approach to product decisions, including defining KPIs and analyzing business metrics, is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Miro is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery through delivery validation.
- Own the backlog and manage priorities.
- Lead sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Translate business needs into use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mapping.
