Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst working with digital products; B2B or SaaS experience is preferred.
- Practical experience conducting product discovery and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or user stories.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban, agile team ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative product delivery.
- Ability to interpret complex documents, including contracts, regulations, public tender documents, and formal requirements.
- Intermediate SQL skills for querying and validating data.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to communicate with clients, facilitate discussions, present product functionality, explain requirements, and conduct training.
- Ability to support software implementations, assisted operations, troubleshooting, and customer adoption.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site implementations, customer training, and related project activities.
- Familiarity with public-sector operations, procurement processes, Brazil’s Public Procurement Law (Law 14.133), accountability reporting, document management, or electronic administrative processes is a plus.
- Experience with credit operations and accountability reporting involving domestic banks or international development institutions is desirable.
- Experience specifying or launching AI-powered features involving LLMs, automation, or AI agents is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Analyze terms of reference, public tenders, contracts, and other complex documents using AI tools to identify requirements, risks, and solution alignment.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and subject-matter experts to map needs, clarify business rules, and validate assumptions.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to product features and internal processes, including automation.
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate data in support of product decisions and business diagnostics.
- Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents defining problems, objectives, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, preparing clear user stories for development.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and act as the business reference for engineering and UX teams.
- Present project context and requirements, and validate deliverables with technical teams and clients.
- Present product features through demonstrations, release notes, and customer and internal communications.
- Support customer questions, software implementations, user training, and assisted operations, remotely and on-site when required.
