Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
- Have strong working knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
- Be able to advise on employee lifecycle matters, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks.
- Balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in an international environment.
- Have communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries, primarily France, managing employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and employees.
- Guide clients and employees on local employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks.
- Resolve HR queries and support key employment events with practical, business-focused solutions.
- Improve, standardise, and optimise HR procedures across entities and jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to deliver HR services.
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and knowledge management.
- Contribute to strategic projects that support the business.
