Requirements
- Have 5-9+ years of industry experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate a track record of shipping features in large-scale consumer applications.
- Bring full-stack engineering capability across backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, and system architecture.
- Be proficient in Swift and modern iOS architecture, including declarative UI such as SwiftUI.
- Have experience with unidirectional state management, such as MVI, MVVM, or Redux-style architecture.
- Have experience with dependency injection.
- Have built customer-facing products from zero to one, contributing to product definition, technical architecture, development, and launch.
- Understand mobile app performance, accessibility, and release/CI practices for large-scale consumer apps.
- Bring a product-first engineering mindset.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills and experience driving initiatives across teams, departments, and leadership.
- Bonus: experience with modern web development tooling, including TypeScript and React.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and make architectural decisions for AirChatUI and systems that enable rapid development of product prototypes, internal tools, and data visualizations.
- Design and build macOS and iOS features using modern declarative UI and unidirectional state architecture.
- Contribute web-based prototyping functionality in Kyber to support AirChatUI features.
- Develop AI skills and agents for product feature prototyping, and support AirChat CLI and AirChat Remote.
- Write and review code hands-on and with AI coding agents, maintaining quality, availability, and system health across the platform.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Product, Security, and Design to translate cross-organizational objectives into platform capabilities.
- Advance tools that help Product Managers, Designers, and other non-technical builders create rich product feature prototypes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to shared iOS patterns and best practices.
